Amendment of section 140L

Section 140L of the Copyright Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “this Division” wherever they appear in subsection (1) and substituting in each case the words “this Subdivision”;

(b)

by deleting the word “objector” in subsection (2) and substituting the word “requestor”; and

(c)

by deleting the word “objectors” wherever it appears in subsection (2) and substituting in each case the word “requestors”.
