Clause 31

Amendment of Division heading of Part VI

Part VI of the Geographical Indications Act 2014 (Act 19 of 2014) (called in this Part the principal Act) is amended by deleting the words “Border measures” in the heading of Division 1 and substituting the words “Preliminary provisions”.
