Amendment of section 55
Section 55 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the definition of “detained goods”;
(b)
by deleting the words “detained goods” in the definitions of “infringement action” and “retention period” and substituting in each case the words “seized goods”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the definition of “retention period”, the following definition:“ “seized goods” means goods seized under section 56;”.
