Amendment of section 57

Section 57 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “detain” and substituting the word “seize”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately before the word “expense”, the word “reasonable”; and

(c)

by deleting the word “detention” (including in the section heading) and substituting in each case the word “seizure”.
