Amendment of section 62

Section 62 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “detained” in subsection (1) and substituting the word “seized”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “detention” in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the word “seizure”.
