Amendment of section 63
Section 63 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “detained” in subsections (3)(a) and (b), (4) and (6)(a) and substituting in each case the word “seized”; and
(b)
by deleting the word “detention” in subsection (6)(b) and substituting the word “seizure”.
