Amendment of section 65

Section 65 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “detained goods within such prescribed period” and substituting the words “seized goods within the period specified in the notice”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “detained” in the section heading and substituting the word “seized”.
