Clause 5

Amendment of section 140G

Section 140G of the Copyright Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “by written notice” in subsection (1), the words “and the giving of the prescribed written undertakings”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “gives such a notice” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “satisfies the requirements of subsection (1)”.
