Amendment of section 81
Section 81 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “the importation of” in the definition of “infringement action” and substituting the words “any use of a sign (within the meaning of section 27(4)) in relation to the”;
(b)
by deleting the definition of “objector”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the definition of “proprietor”, the following definition:“ “requestor”, in relation to particular seized goods, means the person who gave the written notice under section 82(1) as a result of the giving of which the goods were seized;”.
