Amendment of section 85B

Section 85B(1) of the principal Act, as inserted by section 57, is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “objector” wherever it appears and substituting the word “requestor”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “import”, the words “or proposed export (as the case may be)”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the word “import” in the section heading, the words “or export”.
