Amendment of section 90

Section 90 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “the importer” in subsection (3)(a) and (b), the words “or exporter (as the case may be)”;

(b)

by deleting the words “the importation of the” in subsection (6)(a) and substituting the words “the use of a sign (within the meaning of section 27(4)) in relation to the”; and

(c)

by deleting the word “objector” in subsection (6) and substituting the word “requestor”.
