Amendment of section 93

Section 93 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “Part” wherever it appears in subsection (1) and substituting in each case the word “Division”;

(b)

by deleting the word “objector” in subsection (2) and substituting the word “requestor”; and

(c)

by deleting the word “objectors” wherever it appears in subsection (2) and substituting in each case the word “requestors”.
