Repeal and re-enactment of section 100
Section 100 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Protection from personal liability
100. No liability shall lie personally against the Director-General, an authorised officer, a senior authorised officer, or any person acting under the direction of the Director-General for anything done or omitted to be done with reasonable care and in good faith in the course of or in connection with —
(a)
the exercise or purported exercise of any power under this Part;
(b)
the performance or purported performance of any function or the discharge or purported discharge of any duty under this Part; or
(c)
the compliance or purported compliance with this Part.”.
