Short title and commencement
This Act is the Customs (Amendment) Act 2018 and, except for section 19(1), (2) and (3), comes into operation on a date that the Minister appoints by notification in the Gazette.(2) Section 19(1), (2) and (3) is deemed to have come into operation on 20 February 2017.
