Miscellaneous amendments
(1)
The Customs Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “Director‑General” in sections 11 and 136(1), the words “or an officer of customs authorised by the Director‑General for the purpose of this section”.
(2)
Section 34(2) of the Customs Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “Director‑General” in paragraph (c)(ii), the words “or an officer of customs authorised by the Director‑General for the purpose of this subsection”.
