Amendment of Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act
Section 7(1) of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 41, 2014 Ed.) is amended by deleting paragraph (ga) and substituting the following paragraph:“(ga)to cooperate with the Transport Safety Investigation Bureau of Singapore in relation to investigations under the Transport Safety Investigations Act 2018;”.
