Clause 56

The Rapid Transit Systems Act (Cap. 263A, 2004 Ed.) is amended by deleting paragraph (e) of section 45(2) and substituting the following paragraph:“(e)reporting to the Authority of accidents on any part of a railway operated by a licensee, and investigating into such accidents;”.
