Amendment of section 44
Section 44 of the Active Mobility Act 2017 is amended by deleting the words “Part 4” wherever they appear in subsections (1)(a) and (b), (2)(e)(iii), (5)(a) and (6) and in the section heading and substituting in each case the words “Part 3A or 4”.
