Amendment of section 62
Section 62(1) of the Active Mobility Act 2017 is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “an authorised officer”, the words “or outsourced enforcement officer”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “any court or under” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “any court or where required or allowed by”.
