Amendment of section 2
Section 2 of the Parking Places Act (Cap. 214, 2014 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the definition of “officer”, the following definition:“ “outsourced enforcement officer”, in relation to any provision of this Act or any subsidiary legislation made under this Act, means an individual who —
(a)
is appointed under section 11 of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act;
(b)
is authorised by or under that Act to exercise any powers under any provision of this Act or subsidiary legislation made under this Act, as the case may be; and
(c)
is acting within that authorisation;”.
