Clause 46

Section 20 of the Parking Places Act is amended by deleting the words “and any enforcement officers” and substituting the words “, an enforcement officer, an outsourced enforcement officer, any person acting under the direction of the Superintendent of Car Parks, a Deputy Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent of Car Parks, or an authorised officer within the meaning given by section 15”.
