Clause 53

The Rapid Transit Systems Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 41, the following section:“Protection from personal liability41A. No liability shall lie against any member, officer or employee of the Authority or any other person acting under the direction of the Authority for anything done or intended to be done with reasonable care and in good faith in the execution or purported execution of this Act.”.
