Amendment of section 93
Section 93 of the Road Traffic Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “police officer in uniform” in subsection (1), the words “or an outsourced enforcement officer”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “the police officer” in subsections (1)(b) and (2), the words “or outsourced enforcement officer (as the case may be)”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the words “a police officer” in subsection (2), the words “or an outsourced enforcement officer (as the case may be)”.
