Amendment of section 123
Section 123 of the Road Traffic Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “the owner of the vehicle” in subsections (2) and (6), the words “(if known)”; and
(b)
by deleting paragraph (a) of subsection (3) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)where the vehicle has been removed and detained, in such manner as the enforcement officer thinks expedient; or”.
