Clause 80

Any electronic service which is, immediately before the date of commencement of section 59, provided under section 33B of the Road Traffic Act is deemed to be an electronic service system provided by the Land Transport Authority of Singapore under the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act as amended by section 40.

Section 43(d) does not apply to any vehicle that is removed under section 15 of the Parking Places Act before the date of commencement of section 43(d).

For a period of 2 years after the date of commencement of any provision of this Act, the Minister may, by regulations, prescribe such additional provisions of a saving or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of that provision as the Minister may consider necessary or expedient.
