Clause 62

Transfer of records

On the transfer date, the following records become the records of the Board:

(a)

all records of the International Enterprise Singapore Board;

(b)

all records of the Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board, except the records that relate solely or mainly to the fair trading functions.
