Amendments to Commodity Trading Act
(1)
Section 2 of the Commodity Trading Act (Cap. 48A, 2009 Ed.) is amended by deleting the definition of “Board” and substituting the following definition:“ “Board” means the Enterprise Singapore Board established by section 3 of the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018;”.

Section 2(1) of the Commodity Trading Act (Cap. 48A, 2009 Ed.), as amended by the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2017 (Act 4 of 2017), is amended by deleting the definition of “Board” and substituting the following definition:“ “Board” means the Enterprise Singapore Board established by section 3 of the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018;”.
