Amendment to Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018
Section 39(2) of the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018 is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)the discharge of the functions of the Board in section 5(1)(c) and (d);”.
