Amendment to Goods and Services Tax Act
Part III of the Fourth Schedule to the Goods and Services Tax Act (Cap. 117A, 2005 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “the International Enterprise Singapore Board established under section 3 of the International Enterprise Singapore Board Act (Cap. 143B)” in paragraph 2(a)(iii)(B) and substituting the words “the Enterprise Singapore Board established by section 3 of the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018”.
