Amendment to Regulation of Imports and Exports Act
Section 2(1) of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act (Cap. 272A, 1996 Ed.) is amended by deleting the definition of “Board” and substituting the following definition:“ “Board” means the Enterprise Singapore Board established by section 3 of the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018;”.
