Amendment to Weights and Measures Act
Section 2(1) of the Weights and Measures Act (Cap. 349, 1985 Ed.) is amended by deleting the definition of “Board” and substituting the following definition:“ “Board” means the Enterprise Singapore Board established by section 3 of the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018;”.
