Amendment to Workplace Safety and Health Act
Section 40C(4) of the Workplace Safety and Health Act (Cap. 354A, 2009 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “the Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board under section 7(2)(h) of the Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board Act (Cap. 303A)” and substituting the words “the Enterprise Singapore Board under the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018”.
