Clause 6

Repeal and re‑enactment of section 8

Section 8 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Fees, etc., payable to Agency, etc.8.—

(1)

All fees, charges and moneys collected under this Act, other than composition sums, must be paid to the Agency.(2) All composition sums collected under this Act must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.”.
