Committee of creditors

(1)

Where a meeting of creditors summoned under section 107(1) has approved the judicial manager’s proposals (with or without modifications), the meeting may, if it thinks fit, establish a committee to exercise the functions conferred on the committee under subsection (2).

(2)

If such a committee is established, the committee may require the judicial manager to attend before it and furnish it with such information relating to the carrying out by the judicial manager of the judicial manager’s functions as the committee may reasonably require.
