Meetings to determine whether committee of inspection to be appointed
(1)
The liquidator may, and must if requested by any creditor or contributory, summon separate meetings of the creditors and contributories for the purpose of determining —
(a)
whether or not the creditors or contributories require the appointment of a committee of inspection to act with the liquidator; and
(b)
if they so require, who are to be members of the committee.
(2)
If there is a difference between the determinations of the meetings of the creditors and contributories, the Court is to decide the difference and may make such order as the Court thinks fit.
