Clause 381

Re-direction of bankrupt’s letters, etc.

(1)

Where a bankruptcy order has been made, the Official Assignee may from time to time direct a postal licensee under the Postal Services Act (Cap. 237A) to re‑direct and send or deliver to the Official Assignee or otherwise any postal article which would otherwise be sent or delivered by it to the bankrupt at such place or places as may be specified in the direction.

(2)

A direction under this section has effect for such period, not exceeding 3 months, as may be specified in the direction.
