Clause 456

Amendment of Business Names Registration Act 2014

Section 17(2) of the Business Names Registration Act 2014 (Act 29 of 2014) is amended by deleting the words “Part X of the Companies Act” in paragraph (b)(i) and substituting the words “Part 8 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
