Clause 459

Amendment of Child Development Co-Savings Act

Section 5 of the Child Development Co-Savings Act (Cap. 38A, 2002 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “section 98 or 99 of the Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20)” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “section 361 or 362 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
