Clause 460

Amendment of Chit Funds Act

The Chit Funds Act (Cap. 39, 2013 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Companies Act (Cap. 50)” in section 53(1) and substituting the words “Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “section 270 of the Companies Act (Cap. 50)” in section 54(1) and substituting the words “section 141 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
