Clause 465

Amendment of Co-operative Societies Act

Section 101 of the Co-operative Societies Act (Cap. 62, 2009 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “Companies Act (Cap. 50)”, the words “, the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
