Clause 471

Amendment of Education Endowment and Savings Schemes Act

Section 16G(3) of the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes Act (Cap. 87A, 2009 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “section 98 or 99 of the Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20)” and substituting the words “section 361 or 362 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
