Clause 474

Amendment of Employment Act

Section 47(1) of the Employment Act (Cap. 91, 2009 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 328 of the Companies Act (Cap. 50)” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “section 203 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “section 90 of the Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20)” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “section 352 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
