Clause 478

Amendment of Financial Advisers Act

The Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110, 2007 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Companies Act (Cap. 50)” in section 66(1) and substituting the words “Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”;

(b)

by deleting the words “Companies Act” in section 66(2) and (3) and substituting in each case the words “Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20)” in paragraph 8 of the First Schedule and substituting the words “Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
