Clause 481

Amendment of Home Affairs Uniformed Services Superannuation Act

Section 8(1) of the Home Affairs Uniformed Services Superannuation Act (Cap. 126B, 2012 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20)” and substituting the words “Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
