Clause 482

Amendment of Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act

Section 25(2) of the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act (Cap. 130, 1985 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “by a court under the Companies Act (Cap. 50)” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “up by a court under the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
