Amendment of Land Titles Act
Section 110(1A) of the Land Titles Act (Cap. 157, 2004 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20)” and substituting the words “Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
