Clause 487

Amendment of Legal Aid and Advice Act

Section 12(4) of the Legal Aid and Advice Act (Cap. 160, 2014 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “rules made under section 166 of the Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20)” in paragraph (d) and substituting the words “regulations made under section 449 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
