Clause 490

Amendment of Limited Partnerships Act

Section 17A(2) of the Limited Partnerships Act (Cap. 163B, 2010 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “Part X of the Companies Act” in paragraph (c)(i) and substituting the words “Part 8 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
