Clause 494

Amendment of Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks and Compensation) Act

The Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks and Compensation) Act (Cap. 189, 2000 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 148 of the Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20)” in sections 10(2) and 11(2)(a) and substituting in each case the words “section 419 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”;

(b)

by deleting the words “Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20)” in section 10(2) and substituting the words “Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “section 148 of the Bankruptcy Act” in section 10(3) and substituting the words “section 419 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
