Clause 497

Amendment of Nanyang Technological University (Corporatisation) Act

Section 7(2) of the Nanyang Technological University (Corporatisation) Act (Cap. 192A, 2006 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “Companies Act (Cap. 50)”, the words “and the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
